To report a problem, open Trailfolio › Trails › Settings › Send Diagnostics. This adds the details we need to look into it.

Common questions

My distance stays at 0. Open the Health app › Sharing › Apps › Trailfolio and turn on Walking + Running Distance. Trailfolio counts distance recorded by your iPhone or Apple Watch.

Distance I added by hand in Health doesn't count. That's intentional. Only distance recorded by your devices moves you along the trail.

I bought a trail on another device. Go to Settings › Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
